Fasting week on Norderney in February 2026
Next year, the district of Waldeck-Frankenberg and its Women and Equal Opportunities Service will once again be offering a fasting week on the North Sea island of Norderney. The opportunity to detox, let go and recharge your batteries is available from 14 to 21 February 2026 at "Haus Waldeck". A whole week of fasting, exercise and relaxation in a group in the midst of healing nature invites you to take part in this relaxing holiday.
After receiving confirmation of participation from the Women and Equal Opportunities Service, the desired hotel room can be booked. The reservation and billing is done by the participants themselves with the Ferienhotel Haus Waldeck on Tel. 04932 93960 or by e-mail. For the overnight stay with fasting catering, a hotel flat rate of 364 euros is charged for a single room and 336 euros for a double room. Travel is at your own expense, the participation fee for the programme is 160 euros.
Fasting is much more than just abstaining from food: it is a conscious break for body, mind and soul. The body can detoxify and feel re-energised. But that's not all. Participants can expect a guided programme to accompany them on their journey to greater well-being: Yoga & gentle movement, relaxation & mindfulness techniques, time for inner peace, reflection & new impulses and walks in the fresh North Sea air.
