New series of events at the Hessencampus

In 2026, the Hessencampus Waldeck-Frankenberg is once again offering a series of events on a specific topic. "Competent! From the start" is aimed at career starters who want to successfully make the transition from training to everyday working life. In addition to professional input, the events also offer space for reflection and personal development. Registration is required for the free events organised by the Hessencampus.

The step from trainee to specialist is a formative phase. New responsibilities, changing roles in the team and rising expectations present young professionals with a variety of challenges. Expertise alone is often not enough. Professional communication, self-organisation, resilience and a confident manner are required. This is exactly where the four practical one-day seminars come in. They provide concrete tools and strategies to reduce insecurities, strengthen your ability to act and remain motivated and productive in your everyday working life in the long term.

Information on the individual programmes and how to register can be found here. The Hessencampus Waldeck-Frankenberg will be happy to answer any further questions on 05631 954-2134 or by e-mail.
