Update on bird flu in Waldeck-Frankenberg
In Waldeck-Frankenberg, dead animals have been found in recent days that are currently being tested for the bird flu virus. There are therefore suspected cases. However, the final results are not yet available. Nevertheless, the Food Monitoring, Animal Welfare and Veterinary Service urgently recommends that all poultry keepers take the precaution of keeping their poultry indoors and pay increased attention to hygiene and biosecurity measures.
