One-day seminar: "Leadership and feedback - expectations of trainees"
Having grown up in the age of social media and constantly having a smartphone in their hands, Generation Z is in constant dialogue with others. If a WhatsApp message is not answered immediately, the sender often feels personally offended. The digital feedback culture makes them feel recognised and valued.
For companies, this means that a new, more active feedback culture is required. Gen Z needs feedback - be it for completed tasks or criticism. Feedback should be as personalised, timely and appreciative as possible. This is how you build a good bond with future employees. In this seminar, you will learn how to establish an open, appreciative and contemporary communication culture with young employees.
