Online event "Women and men communicate differently"

Understanding communication and dealing with it successfully.

Women and men often communicate in different ways, which can lead to misunderstandings or challenges when working together in a professional context. However, if you understand the communication patterns of the opposite sex better, you can react in a more relaxed manner and act more intelligently.

In this workshop, you will learn to recognise the differences in communication between women and men and how to deal with them in a targeted manner. By expanding your communication skills and becoming aware of these differences, you can reduce misunderstandings and work together more effectively.
