Instructions for participating in our online parents' evenings

Dear parents, dear interested parties,

Thank you for your interest and participation in our online parents' evenings. To ensure that this format is a safe space for everyone, we would like to give you some tips in advance on communication and common rules in the digital space.

Technical information & data protection
Please join the online parents' evening as punctually as possible and check your technical equipment (internet connection) in advance. Mute your microphone to avoid background noise.

Please also switch off the camera. We plan to record the respective online formats in order to make them available to other interested parties afterwards (data protection). Photos, screenshots and sound recordings are therefore expressly not permitted.

Appreciative communication, questions and contributions to the event
We look forward to your participation in the topics. If you have any questions for the speakers or other topic-related contributions, you can contact them via the chat function. The moderators will keep an eye on the chat and will ask your questions to the speakers on your behalf.

Respectful interaction forms the basis for a successful dialogue. Please treat all participants in the digital conference with respect, openness and tolerance, including via the chat. Different opinions and experiences are welcome and enrich the discussion; we do not tolerate discriminatory, racist, sexist, anti-Semitic and anti-democratic statements, representations and comments.

Should there be any disruptions or breaches of the rules during the event, we reserve the right to intervene as moderators in order to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. This may result in exclusion from the event.

Thank you for your co-operation!

We look forward to informative theme evenings with you!
