Staff Council
The Staff Council is an internal body of the district of Waldeck-Frankenberg as one of the bodies representing the interests of the employees. It and the department work together in a spirit of trust to fulfil official duties and for the benefit of the district's employees. The staff council is divided into the general staff council and the local staff council. It also includes the youth and trainee representatives. The local staff council is responsible for all employees of the district; the general staff council is responsible for the employees of the in-house companies.
The Staff Council must be involved in personnel, social, organisational or other internal measures, e.g. as part of co-determination, participation or consultation. As part of its voluntary duties, the Staff Council takes care of numerous tasks that benefit the company community. These include, for example, the organisation of company outings or parties
