Workshop: "Modern and virtual methods for motivating training"

The digital transformation is not only changing the world of work, but also training itself. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how you as a trainer can master the future requirements and support your trainees in the best possible way. Become an "instructional designer", coach and mentor and discover innovative teaching and learning methods that inspire and motivate.

We look at which future skills you need, how modern training formats (asynchronous, synchronous, online & haptic) are designed and which digital tools - from gamification to AI - make your everyday life easier. You will also learn how to develop a positive digital mindset in order to successfully shape the training of tomorrow.
