One-day seminar "Speak confidently, act confidently"
Convince with the right use of body and voice
Those who are successful are capable of speaking! Men still have the floor in meetings more often than women. Women are still underrepresented in management positions. In order to be heard, we need to speak in a way that makes others want to listen. A skilful use of body and voice is relevant here, as well as a present appearance. However, there is a lot more to speaking: a credible appearance also means good preparation in terms of content, thorough reflection on personal strengths and weaknesses and a connection to the target group - because a rhetorical strategy works wonderfully for one person and seems artificial for another.
In this event, participants will learn about the interplay of the factors that influence performance (including body, breathing, credibility, penetration of the topic, listener reference). The technique for a powerful, penetrating voice and how to maintain it will also be discussed. The focus is on the confident use of individual strengths. The event is aimed at anyone interested in making their voice heard in everyday working life. It is also possible to focus on managers.
