Limited availability of the district administration on 21 August

Due to an internal event, the availability of the specialist services of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district administration may be restricted on Thursday, 21 August. Citizens are asked to take this into account when dealing with their concerns.

Specifically, this means that although the information desk in the Korbach district building will be staffed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the information desk in the Frankenberg administrative centre on Bahnhofstraße will not be staffed on this day. The telephone switchboard on 05631 954-0 will be available as normal from 8 am to 4 pm. The registration and driving licence offices in Frankenberg will also be closed; the offices in Korbach will be open for customers with confirmed appointments.

All other specialist services are largely staffed, albeit to a limited extent, so that telephone or e-mail responses may be delayed a little. In addition, personal appointments are not as fully possible as usual. However, the district's online services are of course available to citizens without restriction.
