Building consultation
The Waldeck-Frankenberg district and the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration are working together with the model region Barrier-free Living in the Waldeck-Frankenberg district to achieve greater accessibility, especially in the areas of housing and tourism.
Accessibility as a prerequisite for disability-free accessibility supports the self-determined participation of people in the district. Accessibility is thus an important building block for inclusive coexistence. New barriers should not be created in the first place. The model region therefore also offers free, individual (initial) advice on the topics of accessibility and universal design for those planning and interested in building. If you would like to make an appointment for building advice, the district is available as a contact partner.
