Digitaltag 2022

Digitaltag 2022 on 24 June

Digital together: The district of Waldeck-Frankenberg has already taken part in Digitaltag in the last two years. In 2022, it will again be at the start - together with many other organisations from Waldeck-Frankenberg. The aim is to make digitisation a tangible experience. Here is an overview of the programme and the individual activities, which take place digitally, as a hybrid event or in presence in the Korbach community centre.

The event will be officially opened on 24 June at 8.30 a.m. by District Administrator Jürgen van der Horst at the Korbach Bürgerhaus. Afterwards, online and offline seminars, lectures and workshops on various topics will take place throughout the day.

Digitisation - only together!

Digital for all: Interested parties can also dial into all online events in Korbach's community centre with the district's equipment, with great pleasure and under guidance. Some of the online events will also be broadcast on screen. Experts on the digitalisation of the district administration will also be available in the foyer of the Bürgerhaus on 24 June from 1 to 4 p.m. for questions and a joint exchange on online applications.

Wearing an FFP2 mask is recommended for the event taking place in person!

Tablets, smartphones - most of our students own such a device. But how can these devices be used for successful learning in face-to-face and distance learning? In the third "Corona School Year", the mobile devices of the learners are an integral part of learning at our school.

In this online event, I will present selected learning settings from the lessons at our school and some of our students' learning products. Experience our web conferencing system from a student's perspective and get a taste of our online teaching!

At our vocational schools in Korbach and Bad Arolsen, the learning platform and ePortfolio system have been an integral part of learning for more than 10 years. Since 2020, we have successfully combined these platforms with our web conferencing system. Both in face-to-face lessons and in distance learning, it is possible to design complex learning opportunities and to support and challenge students individually. The students' mobile devices can be used in a meaningful way. This is an online event (with the BigBlueButton software). All participants can participate actively and live via the functions of the video conferencing software.

    Required are:

    Brief description:
WIR SIND RADIO AKTIV" is an online radio programme by the Bad Wildungen Youth Centre with Fischer und Co. Radio, which runs every Saturday at 10 a.m. on www.fischerundcoradio.de. Every week, the programme deals with everyday topics, political talk and information on the Internet and media competence.

There was already a radio programme for Digitaltag 2021, in which Marvin from Fischer und Co. Radio and Julia from the youth centre dealt with the topic of digitisation and looked at how it looks in Bad Wildungen in the areas of school, city administration and youth work. Guests gave a good overview of the state of digitalisation in the three areas.

For this year's Digital Day, Marvin and Julia would like to take a look at other areas in Bad Wildungen with a new radio programme and find out how digitalisation is being received by the citizens of the town. Guests are cordially invited to this programme (and of course to future programmes). Either with your own contribution on the topic, a question or simply with a music request. The recording will take place via an online conference on Friday, i.e. a device with a stable internet connection, microphone and loudspeakers is required for participation. The finished programme will then be broadcast on Saturday, 25 June at 10 am and as a repeat on Sunday, 26 June at 6 pm on www.fischerundcoradio.de. Afterwards, the programme will be available as a podcast on Spotify, Deezer, Apple Podcast, etc.

Contributions to the programme in advance by e-mail to jugendhaus@bad-wildungen.de or by telephone on 05621-94537. Further information is also available at www.spritzenhaus-online.de.

11 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Hybrid event at the Korbacher Bürgerhaus: Networked systems - smart analysis & control: The municipal data platform for the Smart City/Smart Region

    Organisation: Thea Januschewski

Target group: Administration managers, mandate holders, decision-makers, specialists and executives of Hessian municipalities

    Brief description:
Municipalities are increasingly facing major challenges to ensure quality of life, climate and disaster protection, energy supply and prosperity in equal measure. However, they have an untapped treasure to help them do so: The infinite amount of data that is potentially generated around the clock in areas such as mobility, energy, weather or waste disposal. If this data is collected via suitable sensors in data pools and the systems are networked with each other, municipalities have a considerable tool at their disposal that opens up intelligent, smart possibilities for analysis and control and thus helps them to protect people and promote the economy.

ekom21 supports municipalities with comprehensive Smart City/Smart Region solutions, at the core of which is a data platform that collects, harmonises and analyses all data anonymously and centrally. This creates a networked ecosystem for sustainable, liveable and inclusive life in the municipality and beyond.
