Intercultural Week 2025

Intercultural Week 2025

From Saturday, 20 to Sunday, 28 September 2025 , the town of Frankenberg (Eder), the Network for Tolerance and the district of Waldeck-Frankenberg will be joining forces under the motto "For this!" to send out a strong signal in favour of diversity, tolerance and cohesion. In 2025, we can look back on more than 50 years of active cooperation and actively contribute to shaping an open, democratic society based on respect and mutual understanding. "For this!" - This stands for a commitment to a society in which all people can be treated equally and with respect - regardless of origin, culture or faith. Intercultural Week 2025 provides an excellent opportunity to actively promote these values, encourage dialogue between different cultures and communities and at the same time break down prejudices. The residents of Frankenberg (Eder) and the surrounding area are cordially invited to play an active role in shaping Intercultural Week 2025 and to bring this colourful, diverse week to life together.
