Working from home - a blessing and a curse at the same time?
Event for women and men
In today's working world, moving your workplace to your own four walls is no longer a rarity. But not all of us find it easy to work from home. For many, working from home is a challenge. It's about utilising working time at home effectively and making agreements with the team about how to communicate with each other when not everyone is in the same place. It is also important to bear in mind the potential disadvantages for women when working from home. According to studies, working from home often reinforces the so-called traditional division of labour and can lead to disadvantages in terms of gender equality.
