Workshop: "Hooray, a conflict!"

Is there a crackle between people again? Or is a thunderstorm threatening? Then let us transform this into positive energy!

In this seminar, we will look at the different phases of conflict according to Glasl in order to better categorise a conflict. In particular, we will focus on transforming the negative view of a conflict into a positive one. Because there is an opportunity and positive energy in every conflict if it is recognised early enough and actively addressed.

The aim is to look at conflicts in a different, perhaps unfamiliar, but more appropriate way. They are an important signal that something is not (or no longer) right. And needs to be changed. They are an opportunity to develop and improve mutual relationships.

The expertise, knowledge and imagination of the conflicting parties cannot be utilised as long as they are at war. This can change if mediating, impartial third parties interrupt the escalation process and show a constructive way for the parties to find solutions.
