District seeks buyer for Sachsenhausen elementary school

The Sachsenhausen elementary school building is to be sold. The Waldeck-Frankenberg district is currently looking for a buyer in a bidding process.

The plot size is 5,869 square meters and the total usable area of the building, including the basement, is around 1,296 m². A possible handover date would be November 1 of this year. The minimum bid is 330,000 euros. Interested parties have until August 1 of this year to submit a binding bid in a sealed envelope stating the purpose "Sachsenhausen Elementary School" to the Central Submission Office at the Korbach District House (Südring 2, 34497 Korbach) in room 228 on the second floor.
