Mobile Early Intervention in Volkmarsen and Willingen

As part of the action programme "Catching up with Corona", a federal model project "Mobile Early Help" is now taking place in rural areas. The aim is to draw more attention to this offer, to make use of early help as widely as possible and to improve access to it.

The model project will run from August 2022 to November 2023. In the Waldeck-Frankenberg district, the activities will be carried out on a total of five days, each in combination with local events. This year, Volkmarsen on 30 September and Willingen (Upland) on 16 October will kick off the project. Next year, the Mobile Early Intervention Services will make stops in Allendorf (Eder)-Battenfeld, Gemünden (Wohra) and Waldeck.

On the outreach days, interested visitors can expect not only a vehicle specially equipped for the occasion. They also receive information on everything that Early Intervention involves, both as printed material and for digital use, supplemented by action offers with fun and games. Health professionals from the outpatient early prevention team accompany the mobile offer on site.

The Youth Service of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district, which is responsible for early help, invites you to Volkmarsen on Friday, 30 September 2022, for a mobile offer. There, the tour vehicle will be available at the welcome party of the Protestant day-care centre "Feuerrotes Spielmobil" in Gerichtsstraße 5. On Sunday, 16 October 2022, the mobile vehicle will provide information about early help in Willingen (Upland) at the open day at the Protestant day care centre for children, Auf dem Gehren 9. The Youth Service also cordially invites you to this event.
