In addition, the development of a concept for the school situation in the Twistetal municipality for the Berndorf and Twiste locations is on the agenda. In the context of energy consumption in the district's own sports halls, a report will be presented to the district council on the costs incurred, the expected expenditure in 2023 including a proposal for coverage and on user behaviour. Finally, the district council will be informed about unbudgeted expenses in the area of primary and secondary schools and school transport in the financial year 2022.
