Performance specification
Building files are created in connection with the processing and approval of building applications. A construction file includes all documents and drawings that have been created in connection with projects on a building plot.
Which documents are required?
Inspection of files is possible if the entitlement is substantiated by written proof of ownership, e.g. in the form of a current extract from the land register, a contract of sale, a certificate of inheritance or a property tax assessment.
In the case of inspection by third parties, a declaration of consent by the owner or the person authorised to dispose of the property must also be submitted.What are the fees?

Who do I need to contact?
To the registry of the building supervisory authority of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district. Your municipal building authority also keeps an archive of building files which can be accessed.
