Performance specification
The building owner must notify the building supervisory authority in writing at least one week in advance of the commencement of work on projects requiring approval (notice of commencement of construction).
Closes the project
- Combustion plants,
- Combined heat and power plants,
- Combustion engine driven heat pumps and
- Fire-heated sorption heat pumps
including systems for the removal of waste gases, the expert for energy generation systems must also be notified of the start of construction.
No notification is required if your building project does not require a building permit.

With the notification of the start of construction, the certificates according to § 68 HBO must be submitted, if not already done, and the person in charge of the construction management must be named.
