Vaccination follow-up: no vaccination without documentation

Proof of prioritization can be, for example, an employer's certificate if one works in the health sector or nursing service, a service card confirming the field of activity, or even a doctor's certificate. In addition to this, you must bring your ID card, health insurance card, vaccination card (if you have one), as well as the previously completed immunization education and consent forms.
