Regulars' table for newcomers and returnees on 24 August

For a few years now, the district of Waldeck-Frankenberg has made it its business to take care of newcomers and returnees. The "SuSe - Stand- und Spielbein ermöglichen" project, which is part of the village and regional development service, serves this purpose. "SuSe" aims to help people settle down in the district and arrive professionally and privately.

An opportunity to get to know like-minded people is offered by the regulars' table for new citizens, which is now taking place for the third time. For Tuesday, 24 August 2021, beginning at 7:00 p.m., all newcomers/returnees to Waldeck-Frankenberg are cordially invited to Korbach "Am Dalwigker Tor - bei Meiers". The programme includes a relaxed exchange among like-minded people in a cosy atmosphere.

No matter where you have lived before or when you (re)arrived in the region: all newcomers and those who have returned to Waldeck-Frankenberg are welcome at the regulars' table. The meeting is intended for everyone who wants to meet new people in an uncomplicated way, who is looking for people for leisure activities and who wants to learn more about the district. The Stammtisch is also the right place for anyone who is still thinking about moving to the region and needs information.

Interested newcomers and returnees can register by Friday, 20 August 2021, with SuSe project coordinator Anneke Heine at tel. 05631 954-533 or email anneke.heine@lkwafkb.de. Further information is available at www.das-gute-leben.de.
