Digital Health Day for Women on 12 March

Together with many cooperation partners, the district women's office is again organising a health day for women in March, which will take place online due to the pandemic.

The Women's Office of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district, in cooperation with partners, has regularly offered an information day for women in the Wandelhalle Bad Wildungen in spring in the past years. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the event is now being moved to the digital space this year. On 12 March, there will be various workshops from 13:15 to 18:00; the topics on the programme are home office, communication, Ayurveda, meditation and yoga. The Women's Office is organising the information day together with the Korbach Employment Agency, the Job Centre and the District Adult Education Centre; all interested parties are cordially invited to attend free of charge.

Whether home office life balance with a female systemic coach for personality and business development, dealing with stage fright with a communication trainer or questions about salary negotiations with a career consultant/financial coach - at the event there will be lectures, workshops and lots of information on these topics. In addition, tips on "Ayurveda detox for people in a hurry" will be given by a yoga and meditation teacher, and assistance with closure and new beginnings through yoga and meditation will be provided by a relaxation educator and a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy.

Registrations for the information day on 12 March are now being accepted by the Kreisvolkshochschule, online via the website www.vhs-waldeck-frankenberg.de or directly via the address www.vhs-waldeck-frankenberg.de/gesundheitstag-2022. The programme is posted there and specific registrations for the individual lectures and workshops are possible.
