Care support point offers additional consultation days

The care support centre of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district is the contact point for people with statutory health insurance for all care issues and provides independent, free and non-binding advice. It is located in a commercial building right next to Korbach's main railway station, Am Hauptbahnhof 6, with barrier-free access, of course. On Mondays and Wednesdays, there are open consultation hours from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. without an appointment, and other appointments can be made by telephone from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Mondays to Thursdays and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fridays.

From October 2022, in addition to the consultation hours at the Korbach main office, there will also be field consultations in Bad Wildungen, Battenberg and Frankenberg. In Bad Wildungen, the branch office of the public health department in Lindenstraße 5-7 is available for consultation hours, in Battenberg the consultations take place in the premises of the DRK Senior Citizens' Centre in Burgbergstraße 5 and in Frankenberg also in the branch office of the public health department in Bahnhofstraße 17-19. The dates in October are as follows:

  • Consultation hours in Frankenberg on Friday, 7 October
  • Consultation hour in Battenberg on Friday, 14 October
  • Consultation hour in Bad Wildungen on Friday, 21 October
