District offers two trips to Norderney again in 2024
Wide beaches, the sound of the sea and lots of peace and quiet: the Women's and Equal Opportunities Department is again offering two trips to Norderney next year: one on the theme of "Fasting and Relaxation" from 17 to 24 February and one on the theme of "Island Relaxation" from 25 February to 3 March. Accommodation is provided in the district's own holiday hotel "Haus Waldeck". Those interested can register now.
Fast and relax
Fasting helps the body to detoxify itself and alleviate health complaints as well as prevent chronic illnesses. The fasting week from 17 to 24 February 2024 offers time out to find inner peace and restore mental balance. Hikes, yoga, Pilates, various relaxation techniques and creative activities support the participants of the fasting week. The participation fee for the programme is 150 euros per person. In addition, there is a charge of 364 euros for accommodation in a single room and 336 euros for accommodation in a double room.
Island relaxation on Norderney
Wind and weather, wide beaches and lots of peace and quiet: Under the motto "A week of time for me", women are invited to a relaxation holiday from 25 February to 3 March 2024. Hikes on the sandy beach, instructions for movement, relaxation, yoga and creative units - the programme is diverse and leaves room for your own undertakings. You can recharge your batteries in a group or alone. The participation fee for the programme is 210 euros per person. In addition, there is a charge of 483.70 euros for accommodation in a single room and 448.70 euros for accommodation in a double room.

After receiving confirmation of participation from the Women's and Equal Opportunities Service, participants can book the desired hotel room. Travel is at the participants' own expense.
