Results of the School Cycling 2023

Under the motto "Cycle 3 weeks, score 3 times: for your school, for your city, your district and for the record goal of 3,000,000 km", the "School Cycling" competition was launched in Hesse at the beginning of June. In the district of Waldeck-Frankenberg, it takes place at the same time as STADTRADELN. The school cycling competition uses the same platform as the STADTRADELN (registration, etc.) During the three-week campaign period, pupils, their parents and teachers are to cycle as many kilometres as possible for "their" school.

The aim of the school competition is to make pupils fit for cycling in everyday life and in their leisure time and thus to promote the independent mobility of children and young people. Teachers and parents also support the school teams by cycling kilometres. This means that children can simply leave their car or parents' taxi behind and arrive at their destination by bicycle. Cycling is also active climate protection and good for your health.
