Care support centre will continue to offer consultation days in the district in 2023
In 2023, in addition to the consultation hours at the Korbach main office of the care support centre, field consultations will also be held in Bad Wildungen, Battenberg and Frankenberg. In Bad Wildungen, the branch office of the public health department in Lindenstraße 5-7 is always available for consultation on the third Friday of the month. In Battenberg, the consultations take place every second Friday of the month in the premises of the DRK Senior Citizens' Centre in Burgbergstraße 5 and in Frankenberg always on the first Friday of the month, also in the field office of the public health department in Bahnhofstraße 17-19.
Exceptions will be announced in good time. The dates are as follows in the 1st quarter of 2023:
- 6 January 2023 in Frankenberg, 13 January 2023 in Battenberg, 20 January 2023 in Bad Wildungen
- 3 February 2023 in Frankenberg, 10 February 2023 in Battenberg, 17 February 2023 in Bad Wildungen
- 3 March 2023 in Frankenberg, 10 March 2023 in Battenberg, 17 March 2023 in Bad Wildungen

The care support centre of the Waldeck-Frankenberg district is the contact point for people with statutory health insurance for all care issues and provides independent, free and non-binding advice. It is located in a commercial building right next to Korbach's main railway station, Am Hauptbahnhof 6, with barrier-free access, of course. On Mondays and Wednesdays, there are open consultation hours from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. without an appointment, and other appointments can be made by telephone from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Mondays to Thursdays and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fridays.
