Green Trails
In order to expand the tourist offer in the district and to offer all tourists and citizens a beautiful experience in nature, the district, together with 14 cities and municipalities, is planning a mountain bike project that is unique in Europe - the Green Trails. When completed, the Green Trails will consist of about 200 kilometres of trails (paths) and 200 kilometres of connecting paths. The aim of all those involved in the project is not only to ensure that the trails can be ridden by anyone of any age, but also to involve stakeholders as early as the project planning stage.
