Registrations are still being accepted.

Stress Relief Seminar on 6 November

Stress is a phenomenon that has become a constant companion for many women. Many women are confronted with challenges in their professional and private lives, such as deadline pressure or multitasking, and often have difficulties finding peace and relaxation in their daily lives. But how can we escape this vicious circle and learn a healthy way of dealing with stress? And how can yoga and other relaxation techniques help us to be calm and healthy at work and in everyday life? These and other topics will be discussed in the one-day seminar "Let go of stress! - Yoga helps you stay calm and healthy at work and in everyday life" on 6 November from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the fünfseenblick GmbH seminar centre in Bringhausen (Kurstraße 4). Participation costs 59 euros including lunch. The registration deadline is 25 October.

Seminar "Stop, orientate, move on" on 13 November

Whether in the hustle and bustle of work and family life, in the daily grind of our everyday lives or in the difficult challenges of our life upheavals: it is good to stop, take a breath, look at where you are, where you want to go and what resources and possibilities are available to be able to go your way with joy and enjoyment. The seminar, which will take place on 13 November from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the village community centre in Wellen, will focus on appropriate relaxation and mindfulness exercises, creativity, enjoyment, humour and togetherness in the group. Participation costs 40 euros, including drinks and a snack. The registration deadline is 4 November.
