Further training in the field of training coordination: Places still available

Companies are faced with the challenge that a large number of long-serving and reliable employees will retire in the next few years, while at the same time there will be fewer new staff. Thus, they have to find, qualify, train and promote trainees in order to retain them in the company for as long as possible. This can be achieved above all through professional, constructive and appreciative training support, in which encouraging and challenging as well as participation and incentives for further development are of great importance. The HESSENCAMPUS Waldeck-Frankenberg would like to support companies in this area with its continuing education programme.

Training coordinators are efficiently responsible for the training area, coordinate trainees and training officers, provide good framework conditions, ensure high-quality training by continuously supporting the training officers, establish training standards for implementation and optimisation, hold regular discussions and provide new impetus, and resolve conflicts and mediate between the parties.

During the further training, the participants deal with different contents in 5 modules: Leading figure and role model - self-leadership and leadership of training officers, communication, conflict management and mediation - safety in conflicts, recognising and de-escalating conflicts, methodology and didactics - designing learning contents methodically, didactically and creatively, self-management - self-leadership, healthy work organisation in the everyday life of trainers and transfer and evaluation through final follow-up.

The further training will take place from 19 to 20 January, 23 to 24 February, 23 to 24 March and on 5 May 2023; the final examination will be in June. The HESSENCAMPUS Waldeck-Frankenberg will take over the complete organisation of the continuing education. In addition to on-site support, this also includes the selection of seminar locations and comprehensive seminar documentation as well as assumption of part of the conference costs.
