Support for the bereaved
A death is not only emotionally very stressful for those affected, but also always raises questions - for widows and widowers and orphans. The Waldeck-Frankenberg district provides support at this point and, upon request, forwards the necessary applications to the responsible pension insurance institutions for the provision of benefits together with the surviving dependents.
The following documents are required for this purpose:
- Pension adjustment notification of the deceased
- Pension adjustment notification of the surviving dependant(s)
- Information on supplementary pensions
- Marriage certificate
- Death certificate
- Tax identification number
- IBAN - No.
- Identity card of the surviving dependant(s)
- Chip card of the survivor's health insurance fund
