    If you, as a person in need of care, as a relative, legal guardian, acquaintance, neighbour or carer, have complaints, criticism, but also suggestions about care in the domestic or inpatient sector, you can use them to contact the Hessian Offices for Care and Social Affairs.

    Your complaint will be investigated immediately and you will then be informed of the outcome of the reviews.

    Complaints will be treated strictly confidentially upon request.

  • Which documents are required?

    In order for a review of complaints and suggestions to be target-oriented, they should be described as concretely as possible.

  • What are the fees?

    Complaints are in principle free of charge for the person making the complaint or the complainant.
