If you, as a person in need of care, a relative, legal guardian, acquaintance, neighbour or carer, have complaints, criticism or suggestions about care in the home or in an inpatient setting, you can contact the Hessian Offices for Care and Social Affairs.
Your complaint will be investigated immediately and you will then be informed of the outcome of the investigation.
Complaints will be treated in strict confidence on request.Which documents are required?
In order for a review of complaints and suggestions to be target-oriented, they should be described as concretely as possible.
What are the fees?
Complaints are in principle free of charge for the person making the complaint or the complainant.
