OloV - Transition from school to work

In order to effectively coordinate all activities that support young people on their path to vocational training, the State of Hesse has developed a comprehensive strategy: the optimisation of local guidance services for the transition from school to work – in short, the OloV strategy. Under the OloV scheme, all institutions responsible for shaping the transition from school to work cooperate with one another. Regional coordination of OloV is the responsibility of the Economic Development Agency.
