Finding the right profession is a great challenge for many. But even when the training has been successfully completed, the "learning" does not stop. In order to cope with the economic, social and ecological challenges in modern society, it is becoming increasingly important to continue learning. In the future, further and adult education will take on an increasingly important part of lifelong learning. CET has established itself as the fourth pillar of the education system, alongside school, higher education and the dual vocational training system. The number of CET courses offered by private and public institutions has increased considerably. The state government promotes CET through various measures.
