  • Which documents are required?

    The more specific your request, the more detailed the documents you will need. You will also be informed about this during the first consultation.

  • What are the fees?

    For building consultations in proceedings that are not concluded with a chargeable decision, fees may be charged from the second quarter of an hour onwards according to the time spent. The first quarter of an hour is free of charge.

  • What else should I know?

    Reference is made to the possibility of a preliminary building application. Within the framework of the preliminary building application, a decision can already be made on certain questions before a formal procedure. This decision is binding for subsequent approval procedures.
