District Nature Conservation Advisory Council

According to § 22 of the Hessian Implementation Act to the Federal Nature Conservation Act (HAGBNatSchG), independent and expert nature conservation advisory councils are formed at all nature conservation authorities, which have an advisory function and are to be informed about all important processes.

According to the Ordinance on Nature Conservation Advisory Councils, the business of the advisory council is conducted by the nature conservation authority at its request.
