  • Performance specification

    Rats usually occur where they find sufficient food, shelter and nesting opportunities. They transmit dangerous diseases. Excrement and urine cause odour nuisance and health hazards.
     
    If you want to report rats, please note the following:
    • Property owners must hire a pest controller/ exterminator themselves.
    • Tenants must first request the owner to eliminate the problem. (If the landlord refuses to take this action, the tenant can turn to the responsible public order office. In this case, a copy of the tenant's written request must be available).
    • If the polluter is demonstrably a third party, please contact the Public Order Office in writing.
    • If rats are found in public places, contact the responsible public order office.

  • What are the fees?

    The costs for the pest controller/chamber hunter shall be borne by the property owner.
