Display of the use of weapons during guard duty
Performance specification
If you, as a security company, or one of your guards, have made use of firearms, cutting and thrusting weapons or irritant spraying devices during guard duty, this must be reported immediately.
Which documents are required?
Informal notification is sufficient.
Please refer to your permit notice and state the date of the decision and the official file number.
What are the fees?
None.

Who do I need to contact?
Contact the respective district administration (Ordnungsamt) and - if no report has yet been made in accordance with § 17 para. 1 of the Ordinance on Security Services - at the same time contact the responsible police station.
