Performance specification
Before deciding on appeals against administrative acts
- of the District Administrator of the Waldeck-Frankenberg District
- of the District Committee of the District of Waldeck-Frankenberg
- of the District Administrator of the Waldeck-Frankenberg District as an authority of the state administration
- of the municipal council and the mayor of district municipalities
the appellant shall be heard orally by the Hearing Board.
The committee consists of the chairperson and two honorary assessors.
The task of the committee is to discuss the factual and legal situation with the parties involved and to work towards an amicable settlement of the opposition. If such a settlement cannot be reached, the committee submits a non-binding proposal for a decision to the respective opposition authority.
