  • Performance specification

    Before a decision is taken on appeals lodged before 12 February 2026, the appellant must be heard orally by the Hearing Committee.

    The task of the committee is to discuss the factual and legal situation with the parties involved and to work towards an amicable settlement of the opposition. If such a settlement cannot be reached, the committee submits a non-binding proposal for a decision to the respective opposition authority.
