Trip to Phantasialand for children and young people
The district of Waldeck-Frankenberg is inviting children and young people to a free trip to Phantasialand in Brühl on 12 September. A day full of variety awaits them there with numerous attractions and joint activities. Registration is possible from 21 May.
Promoting youth work measures
The free offer is made possible by funding from the Hessian Ministry of Labour, Integration, Youth and Social Affairs (HMSI) in the "Jugend er-leben" programme. The state programme provides all Hessian districts and independent cities with financial resources to enable the implementation of additional projects in youth work, youth social work and school social work. The aim is to promote measures focusing on health/resilience, holiday and leisure activities, youth participation, media skills, social skills and democratic skills.
Registration possible online from 21 May
This is also the case for the day trip to Phantasialand, which the specialist sports and youth work service is offering for children and young people aged 11 to 17 together with the municipal youth centres in Bad Wildungen, Volkmarsen and Frankenberg. The offer is free of charge and includes the return journey, admission to the theme park and a lunchtime snack. Registrations can be made online from 21 May from 8 am.
