Fit for work: Hessencampus invites you to events

The HESSENCAMPUS Waldeck-Frankenberg invites you to three practice-orientated one-day seminars that will help people starting out in their careers and anyone interested in doing so to be confident in their day-to-day work, deal with stress in a healthy way and successfully master the transition from training to a specialist career. Interested parties are cordially invited to attend. The events are free of charge.

Communication and appearance at work
On 28 May, the seminar "Professional communication and appearance in everyday working life" will take place in Korbach district hall. It is aimed at people starting out in their careers and teaches tried-and-tested communication techniques, trains people to reflect on their own impact and offers exercises to address misunderstandings and conflicts constructively. The aim is to communicate clearly, respectfully and in a solution-orientated manner within the team, with superiors and in contact with customers - even in challenging situations.

Powerful through everyday working life
On 11 June, HESSENCAMPUS is once again inviting people to attend the one-day seminar "Powerful through everyday working life" at Lake Edersee. This is aimed at all interested parties and supports them in developing their own mental strength in a targeted manner and dealing with stress in a healthy way. Participants will reflect on personal stress factors, discover individual resources and develop practical strategies to strengthen their resilience in order to remain productive, motivated and satisfied in the long term.

From trainee to specialist
On 16 September, a one-day seminar will once again be held at the Korbach district hall: "Mastering the role change - from trainee to specialist". This format accompanies career starters in the transition from training to the specialist role, helps to clarify expectations and responsibilities, consciously shape the new position in the team and strengthen professional self-management so that the role change succeeds confidently and without excessive demands.

All three seminars are organised by HESSENCAMPUS Waldeck-Frankenberg and led by experienced speakers. Further information on the programme and registration modalities can be found here.
