Retreats for women on Norderney in 2027
The Waldeck-Frankenberg district is once again offering two special retreats for women on the North Sea island of Norderney in early 2027. With the ‘Fasten & Mehr’ fasting week and the ‘Frauen am Meer’ relaxation retreat, women can consciously escape the daily grind, recharge their batteries and find peace and quiet.
Detox, let go, recharge
From 7 to 14 February 2027, the ‘Fasting & More’ fasting week will take place at the Haus Waldeck holiday hotel on Norderney. The week is much more than simply abstaining from food: fasting is seen as a conscious break for body, mind and soul, designed to purify, let go and recharge your batteries. Participants can look forward to a guided programme featuring yoga and gentle exercise, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, as well as time for inner peace, reflection and fresh inspiration. The programme is complemented by group walks in the fresh North Sea air, which further aid recovery.
The participation fee for the programme is 200 euros per person; the hotel package for accommodation with fasting meals is 364 euros per person in a single room and 336 euros per person in a twin room. Accommodation is in single or double rooms with shower/WC, telephone and TV at the Haus Waldeck holiday hotel.
A break by the sea
Immediately afterwards, from 14 to 21 February 2027, the Women and Equal Opportunities Service is inviting you to ‘Women by the Sea – Relaxation on Norderney’. Wind and weather, vast beaches and plenty of peace and quiet make Norderney the ideal place at the start of the year to get away from the stresses of everyday life and spend a week consciously focusing on yourself. Under the motto ‘A week for myself’, participants can look forward to a varied programme: Walks along the sandy beach, exercise and relaxation sessions, yoga and creative activities provide the opportunity to let body and mind unwind. At the same time, there is plenty of freedom to pursue your own interests. Whether in a group or on your own, there is also the chance to recharge your batteries and boost your wellbeing.
The participation fee for the programme is 280 euros per person; the hotel package for accommodation with half-board is 532.70 euros per person in a single room and 497.70 euros per person in a twin room. Accommodation is provided at the Haus Waldeck holiday hotel in rooms with a shower/WC, telephone and TV.

Anyone interested can register for both camps by email or by telephone on 05631 9541318. Participants are then responsible for booking and paying for their hotel rooms directly with the Haus Waldeck holiday hotel. Once confirmation of participation has been received from the Women and Equal Opportunities Service, participants may book their chosen hotel rooms independently.
