The pre-nuptial agreement is often criticised for being unromantic. But even if it doesn't really fit in with the "honeymoon", it is very important for the rest of your life. After all, you wouldn't build a house or buy a car without a contract. This presentation will show you the various options, including asset protection.

Maintenance is understood to mean payments to secure a person's living expenses. The obligation to pay maintenance can arise from a contractual agreement, e.g. a marriage contract, or by law. In particular, maintenance claims may arise against the separated or divorced spouse. Even childcare maintenance is possible, even if the partnership existed without a marriage certificate.
