Guided tour of the GrenzWelten Geopark: geology, nature and history around Weidelsburg Castle

Weidelsburg Castle was once one of the most significant late medieval castles in Hesse. Dressed in historical costume, nature park guide Arnd Petri leads participants up the hill, providing insights into the eventful history of Weidelsburg Castle and the geology of the hill. Once at the top, participants are treated to a wonderful view stretching far beyond the Habichtswald Nature Park. The event is organised by the Habichtswald Nature Park.
