Information evening in Korbach: Professional carers wanted!
The number of people requiring support in their daily lives is rising steadily in the Waldeck-Frankenberg district. At the same time, the number of people working in this sector is falling. To address this shortage, the district’s care authority is organising information evenings.
If you enjoy working independently and setting your own hours, and would like to support people who are no longer able to manage their own affairs, a career as a professional carer might be the right choice for you. Duties include, amongst other things, dealing with administrative matters, providing support with financial management, handling post and assisting with medical matters. This line of work offers a high degree of flexibility: working hours, location and the number of people supported can all be arranged as you wish. As a result, the role is also suitable as a part-time job or can be easily balanced with family life. Remuneration is paid by the relevant local court.
In order to attract more professional carers to Waldeck-Frankenberg, the district council warmly invites anyone interested to attend the information evening. The event is free of charge and no registration is required.
