One-day seminar: From the head to the system: securing and sharing knowledge and making it usable with AI
Does valuable knowledge remain unutilised in your company? Hidden in the heads of your employees, in emails, old documents or in processes that no one has documented?
In this workshop, you will learn how to systematically record and structure the implicit and explicit knowledge in your organisation and make it usable for everyone. The focus is on practical and sustainable approaches that you can integrate directly into your day-to-day work.
In the workshop, you will work out how to:
- Identify knowledge in the company and make it accessible
- Structure information sensibly and keep it easy to find
- specifically promote the exchange of knowledge within the team
- Improve existing processes in dealing with knowledge
You will also gain an insight into the role that digital tools and artificial intelligence can play in knowledge management in the future - and where their sensible use lies. In practical exercises, you will analyse your own knowledge processes and develop initial approaches on how you can further develop your knowledge management in concrete terms. At the end of the workshop, you will have a clear picture of your current situation and concrete next steps for your company. In this way, you will create the basis for a systematic and sustainable approach to knowledge.
The event is free of charge.
