Become your own bodyguard! Set boundaries! Stay cool!

In the assertiveness course, the boys learn how to behave confidently, recognise their own limits and say "no" when something is not good for them. In a playful way, they practise being strong, trying out their own strengths, speaking courageously and remaining calm in difficult situations. With fun, movement and lots of practical exercises.
