Veterans' Day 2026 - "Faces of Life" exhibition

For the first Veterans' Day in Waldeck-Frankenberg, the district, together with Edersee Touristik, is showing the photo exhibition "Faces of Life" by photographer Daniela Skrzypczak. She honours veterans in portraits and documents emotional moments in their lives. Through photography, the artist brings people, soldiers and veterans into the focus of society - for more attention and the promotion of social participation. The exhibition can be seen daily from 21 June to 4 July at the visitor centre at the Sperrmauer on Lake Edersee. It is free of charge and open to all visitors. All further information can be found here.
