Arolsen Baroque Festival

Holders of the E-Card receive two tickets for the price of one when attending an event at the Baroque Festival. If you wish to attend the event on your own, you can purchase a ticket at half price.
The Baroque Festival has proved to be a real crowd-puller and, with its diverse and rich musical programme, attracts visitors from near and far to Bad Arolsen. The Steinerne Saal and other rooms in the Residenzschloss, the Fürstliche Reitbahn, the Protestant town church and the former Marstall – all these historic sites and buildings in our Baroque town are transformed into stylish venues for four days. The Arolsen Baroque Festival has been taking place since 1986 and has, over the years, become one of the highlights of the German festival scene. Connoisseurs have long regarded them as one of the absolute highlights of the classical music calendar, and year after year they offer top-class concerts and renowned artists to fill the venues with ever-changing, fascinating, enchanting and beguiling sounds. Every year, outstanding artists from all over the world take to the stage and whisk the audience away on a musical journey, complemented by a varied programme of museum tours, children’s performances and late-night events.
