The marketing concept centres on making the most of the local market. The slogan “Every litre of organic milk contains a lovely slice of the region” sums up the business philosophy perfectly. The organic milk comes from cows that are kept in a species-appropriate manner. The cows have ample space to move about, straw bedding in their resting areas, natural light, are fed predominantly on the farm’s own organically grown produce and, whenever possible, are allowed to graze outdoors on summer pastures. The calves are reared on the farm’s own whole milk. Gentle processing and the absence of preservatives and stabilisers ensure that our organic milk products retain their flavour. See for yourself!
